We only collect data you voluntarily submit via the Contact Us form: your name, email address, and message content.

If you consent to analytics cookies, our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) may collect:
- Anonymized IP address (last octet truncated)
- Browser type, operating system, device type
- Pages visited and time spent
- Referring URL and country-level location
Calculator inputs
All calculator inputs (purchase price, wage, tax rate) are processed entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted to our servers.

We may use the following third-party services when you give consent:

- Cloudflare – hosting and CDN. Processes request metadata for security and performance. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, then permanently deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics (our configured maximum). Cookie consent records are stored in your browser's local storage and are not sent to our servers.
7. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access – request a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Rectification – request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure – request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction – request we limit processing of your data

8. International Transfers
Some third-party providers process data outside the EEA (primarily in the United States). Where this occurs, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V.
9. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
